Formación

• 3–5 years of proven retail leadership experience.
• Strong selling experience with the proven ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in attracting, developing and retaining strong talent.
• Flexibility with the ability to work opening/closing shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Strong working knowledge of POS systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and sales performance.
• Oversee merchandising, customer service, and loss prevention.
• Recruit, train and coach store associates for consistent selling standards.
• Communicate KPIs and drive actionable improvements with the team.
• Establish relationships with mall management and coordinate store events.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and visual standards.
