Jockey is seeking a dynamic Store Manager at our Grove City, PA location. You will lead the store team, drive sales, manage payroll, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include scheduling, merchandising, recruiting, training, coaching, and developing associates; maintaining store standards and monitoring KPIs. You will collaborate with mall management and participate in local events while upholding Jockey’s values and delivering a best-in-class shopping experience.

Qualifikationen

• High School degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of proven retail leadership experience.
• Strong selling experience with the proven ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in attracting, developing and retaining strong talent.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Flexibility with the ability to work opening/closing shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Strong working knowledge of POS systems.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily store operations including scheduling, budgeting, and sales performance.
• Oversee visual merchandising, inventory control, and policy adherence.
• Coach and mentor staff to uphold selling standards and accountability.
• Recruit, train, and develop associates; maintain staffing levels.
• Drive marketing, sales, service and financial strategies at the store level.
• Review KPIs with team and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with mall management; participate in relevant events and meetings.
• Open/close the store, process transactions, and safeguard assets.
