Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Great Falls, MT. You will be responsible for the operation of a single store, directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express location.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Direct day-to-day tasks to ensure timely and accurate service and quality food execution.
• Complete 8+ weeks of Store Leadership Training to prepare for success.
