Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager for one of its locations in Dedham, MA. You will be responsible for the overall operation, including hiring, directing and developing associates to achieve financial targets and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will lead the team, ensure quality, safety, and service standards, and drive growth while managing schedules and guest satisfaction at the Dedham store. Training and leadership development are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, supervising and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Drive store success and maintain Panda brand standards for guest service, safety and quality.
