Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program.
• Computer literacy in store operation applications.
• Valid state driver's license and clean driving record; driving company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Sales: set daily and weekly goals, oversee coworkers' sales activities, approve rental agreements, monitor revenue and growth.
• Account Management: oversee collections and staff training to ensure policy adherence.
• Leadership: manage store profits, assets, inventory, cash handling and security.
• Coworker Management: train, schedule, hire and retain staff while delivering exceptional customer service.
