Job summary

Store Space Self Storage in Jennings, MO is seeking a motivated Store Manager to lead daily operations at our storage facility. You will drive rental sales, supervise staff, and deliver frontline service to customers in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include 2+ years in customer service, 1+ year in sales/collections, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license. We offer comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with company match, and growth opportunities across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, front desk, or similar).
• 1+ years of customer-centered sales and collections experience (cold calling) when applicable.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new applications.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Able to walk/sit/stand for extended periods and operate POS.
• Ability to travel between multiple locations.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales by converting opportunities to rentals and upselling.
• Facility management including cleaning bathrooms, hallways, and lobby.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries.
• Cash handling, reporting, and daily deposits.
• Maintain company standards and adhere to policies.
