Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead a PandaExpress location. You will hire, train, and guide associates to achieve financial goals while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

You will participate in an extensive leadership training program and have opportunities for career growth within the Panda family. This full-time role requires flexibility to cover openings, closings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

Oversee the operation of a single PandaExpress store.
Hire, manage, and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and maintain standards.
Provide leadership training during the 8+ week program and ongoing development.
