Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager in Culver City, CA to lead store operations, hire and direct associates, and drive financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll participate in Panda’s leadership training program, with opportunities to advance toward General Manager after successful completion and certification GO100, supported by mentorship and a strong Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move store within 50 miles from home.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Food safety standards experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, directing and managing associates to meet financial goals and guest service standards.
• Lead the store team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold Panda’s culture and leadership expectations.
• Engage in leadership training path, with progression toward General Manager after program completion and certifications.
