Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager in California to lead daily store operations, hire and develop team members, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will drive performance and guest satisfaction while advancing along Panda's leadership tracks.

The role includes a structured 12+ week training program, with a clear path toward GM advancement after successful graduation of the GO100 course, and ongoing leadership development opportunities within a supportive Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business needs dictate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, directing and development of associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead the store leadership path with training toward General Manager development and completion of the GM certification course.
