Responsibilities

• Provides remarkable customer experience by training and holding associates accountable.
• Drives overall customer experience and quality of processes, products, and services to increase sales.
• Develops a customer-focused organization and models connection with customers and staff.
• Manages total store financials including sales, profit and loss, projections, metrics, and analysis.
• Leads, mentors and develops direct reports to improve performance.
• Oversees store safety, food safety, and asset protection programs.
• Optimizes labor productivity and shopping experience through efficient use of resources.
• Represents the store to Save Mart leadership and implements business plans.
• Acts as brand ambassador and participates in community involvement.
• Fosters a positive work environment and strong employee relations.
• Oversees inventory and ordering processes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
