The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in customer service/retail, 1+ year of sales management, and a passion for hair and beauty.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service/retail sales with leadership experience.
• 1+ year of sales management experience.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Self-starter attitude with initiative to educate store personnel and customers.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; passion for hair and beauty.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Oversee store operations, budget, expenses, sales growth and inventory.
• Protect customers, staff and assets by following safety procedures and policies.
• Ensure the store presents its best appearance at all times.
