The Store Manager is an on-the-floor leader who guides the team and delivers The Sunglass Hut Experience to every customer. You’ll coach, develop and mentor Associates, model brand standards and drive the sales plan while maintaining store execution on the floor.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of leadership experience in retail/store operations.
• Ability to deliver absolute execution of store operations.

• Develops the store's strategic plan to achieve financial results.
• Drives sales by identifying opportunities to meet goals.
• Coaches and mentors the team to improve performance.
• Recruits, hires, and trains staff using onboarding tools.

• Ensures consistent execution of brand standards and policies.
