Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Education: 2-year degree in business related field preferred
• Education: Successful completion of certification testing as needed
• Experience: 3 years’ experience supervising others preferred
• Experience: 3 years’ experience supervising others in fast food/retail/restaurant/convenience operations preferred
• Strong leadership and managerial skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong team building skills
• Strong communication skills with both large and small groups
• Strong analytical skills

Responsabilités

• Lead the team on creating a 'Customer First' culture in the store
• Hold weekly management team meetings and monthly store meetings
• Keep store positions filled with fully trained management and Team Members
• Ensure compliance with Sheetz policies, procedures and programs
• Achieve profitability goals through monitoring and analyzing business processes and results
