A leading convenience store in Beaver County is seeking a Store Manager - Training Associate. The role is pivotal in fostering a positive work environment and achieving profitability goals through strong leadership and compliance with company policies. Candidates should have at least a High School Diploma, preferably a business-related degree, and 3 years of supervisory experience in fast food, retail, or convenience operations. Responsibilities

• Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Lead the team on creating a ‘Customer First’ culture in the store.
• Hold weekly management team meetings and monthly store meetings to encourage people to speak up, give feedback and follow up.
• Keep store positions filled with fully trained management and Team Members.
• Ensure compliance with Sheetz policies, procedures and programs.
• Achieve profitability goals through monitoring and analyzing business processes and results.
• Measure work fam performance against mission critical goals.
• Develop a bond with the local community to establish positive relationships and store success.
• Jump in as a leader for special programs or assignments, as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2-year degree in business related field preferred; successful completion of certification testing as needed.
• Experience: 3 years supervising others preferred, especially in fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operation.
• Skills: Strong leadership, managerial, interpersonal, team building, communication (verbal and written), analytical skills; strong commitment to Shetz Corporate Mission, Vision and Total Customer Focus; ethical, honest, trustworthy, respectful.
