Wireless Zone, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, is seeking a Store Manager in Westland, MI. You will oversee daily operations, lead a team of sales associates, and drive customer service while meeting sales targets.

The role requires a strong retail management background, ability to coach staff, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Competitive salary with commission-based incentives is offered.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in retail sales management, preferably in wireless/telecommunications.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
• Hire, train, and supervise a team of wireless sales consultants.
• Motivate and coach team members to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.
• Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase store traffic and sales.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Verizon's standards.
