Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience in retail sales management, preferably wireless/telecom.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to motivate and develop a team.

• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations, including opening/closing, inventory, and cash handling.
• Hire, train, and supervise a team of wireless sales consultants.
• Motivate and coach team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to drive growth and meet revenue targets.
• Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase store traffic and sales.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Verizon's standards.
