Qualifications

• Has a High School Diploma/GED.
• Has 1-5 years of retail store management experience, specialty retail preferred.
• Builds constructive and effective relationships within store teams.
• Demonstrates ability to set objectives and goals and organize work to meet and exceed goals.
• Leads, motivates, and communicates positively with store associates at all levels.
• Shows ability to train, coach and develop associates.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities
