Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a manager or supervisor in a restaurant or retail environment.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and the community.
• Ability to work hours including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of POS functionality; OSHA/EEOC knowledge; ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional guest experience throughout each visit.
• Lead and motivate the store team to deliver brand standards.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and manage inventory.
• Monitor KPIs and identify problems and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage cash activities and daily deposits.
• Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines at all times.
• Own and promote brand standards in line with company vision.
• Drive local store marketing and community outreach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality products.
