You will champion a guest-centric culture, guide merchandising and product flow, manage credit and loyalty programs, and ensure operational accuracy. Strong interpersonal skills and 2–3 years of leadership experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of management experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to coach, train, and engage associates.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coach, evaluate, and retain management and associate talent.
• Drive total store sales and profitability.
• Lead a guest-centric culture and use guest surveys to drive improvements.
• Execute store merchandising direction, product flow, and signage with brand consistency.
• Manage credit and loyalty programs and ensure customer engagement.
