Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead all store operations, drive sales, and deliver a world-class shopping experience in Spokane. You will mentor a diverse team, uphold our values, and own daily merchandising, operations, and service management to ensure store success.

You will oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll, and partnerships with district leaders, while maintaining strong customer service and financial discipline across the operation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Travel may be required from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Direct management and oversight of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to ensure policy and initiative execution.
• Partner with Merchandising to coordinate merchandise placement and promotions.
• Oversee receiving, transfers, RTVs, and chargeback paperwork to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty; lead by example and uphold Burlington SOPs.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales and expenses, review reports and records.
