Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail experience as a Store or District Manager in high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a large team.
• Strong leadership with collaboration, problem-solving, and effective decision-making.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with mentoring ability.
• Knowledge of store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations to boost sales, control expenses, and minimize shrink and damages.
• Recruit, train, develop, and manage a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers.
• Develop and implement plans to increase store sales; advise the District Manager on merchandise mix, inventory, and customer demographics.
• Focus staff on Loss Prevention and ensure compliance with programs, procedures, and policies.
• Ensure top customer service and merchandise presentation; communicate action plans for store initiatives.
