Job summary

Murphy USA Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Oklahoma to lead a Murphy store, drive a best-in-class customer experience and manage all facets of a fast-paced retail operation.

You will lead your team, own store performance, and advance through a structured career path with strong benefits. Responsibilities include hiring and mentoring staff, managing expenses, driving sales and promotions, stocking and cash handling, and ensuring outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent retail management experience.
• One year of continuous store or retail management experience.
• Two years of continuous Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Hiring, training and developing your team to grow with us – coach and mentor to your team, guiding them toward success and development.
• Maintaining a proactive operational excellence mindset to efficiently manage operation expenses, drive sales growth and promotional activities, manage product orders and inventory, schedule shifts, conduct surveys and continuously strive to exceed company metrics.
• Supporting rollouts of company initiatives and reaching store-level and district goals.
• Helping your team by demonstrating best-in-class customer service when assisting customers.
• Stocking, cleaning, working the cash register and any other additional duties, as needed.
