Job summary

Connectivity Source is seeking a Store Manager in Bloomington to lead a team and deliver a superior customer experience while driving sales targets for our T-Mobile store. You will manage daily operations, coach staff, and ensure store standards across inventory, promotions, and visuals.

Qualifications

• Open work availability mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Background check may be performed as part of the hiring process.
• Must be able to stand for long periods in a retail store environment.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train and develop your team daily.
• Maintain operational standards for inventory, revenue, promotions, displays and store environment.
• Recruit, interview and retain a highly engaged sales team.
• Drive marketing efforts via social media, networking and events.
• Deliver exceptional sales results, stay operationally sound and take care of employees and customers.
