Job summary

Connectivity Source is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-energy team in a fast-paced wireless retail environment powered by 5G. You will drive sales, ensure a superior customer experience, and uphold store standards across operations in our T-Mobile affiliated spaces.

You will coach staff daily, recruit and manage operations while contributing to marketing efforts to grow revenue and strengthen brand presence across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Open availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train and develop your team daily.
• Maintain operational standards to ensure inventory, revenue, promotions, displays and store environment for all customers.
• Recruit, interview and successfully retain a highly engaged sales team.
• Drive marketing efforts using avenues like social media, networking and outside events.
• Deliver exceptional sales results, stay operationally sound and take care of both employees and customers professionally.
