Connectivity Source is seeking a Store Manager for CSNation in Gilbert, AZ. You will lead your team by creating a culture around superior customer experience, consistent sales delivery, operational standards and team development.

You will set the tone for store performance and training, ensuring every shift delivers results. Open availability for mornings, evenings, weekends; at least 18 years old; background check may be performed; you must stand for long periods and may lift up to 25 pounds.

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
• At least 18 years of age
• A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Coach, train and develop your team daily
• Maintain operational standards to ensure inventory, revenue, promotions, displays and store environment for all customers
