Starting pay is $18.50 per hour with a monthly bonus incentive.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and proof of current auto insurance.
• Computer literate with solid office skills.
• Take-charge/can-do mentality yet able to follow set procedures.

Responsibilities

• Leasing storage and parking.
• Managing a team.
• Assisting with maintenance.
• Supervising onsite projects.
• Communicating with the home office team.
• Maintaining good relationships with tenants by providing outstanding customer service.
• Keeping the facility rented at optimum levels.
• Prepares units for auction and vacates units as prescribed by law and approved by management.
• Other duties as assigned.
