SmartStop Self Storage is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Store 1714 in Laurel, MT. The role involves leasing storage, supervising a small on-site team, and maintaining strong tenant relationships, with no night shifts. Compensation starts at $20 per hour plus bonus, and the schedule is Mon–Fri with some weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rental agreements.
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities.
• Cleaning of vacated units and general cleaning of the property.
• Promotes and sells self-storage solutions to potential customers.
• Light maintenance.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all products and services.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License, and current auto insurance.
• The position requires a background check.
• Other duties as assigned by the Company.
