Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and create an energetic, guest-focused environment.
• Coach, motivate, and develop Assistant Managers and Team Members.
• Deliver exceptional guest service while ensuring food quality and operational standards are consistently met.
• Drive sales growth, manage controllable expenses, and support overall store profitability.
• Read and manage Profit & Loss statements and understand key business metrics.
• Lead by example during busy shifts and jump in wherever needed.
• Build a positive, productive, and team-oriented culture.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards are maintained at all times.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and overall shift execution.
• Develop future leaders and support ongoing team growth.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently followed.
