You’ll read and manage P&L statements, coach performance, and build a positive culture while delivering memorable guest experiences and overseeing scheduling and daily shift execution.

• Drive sales growth, manage controllable expenses, and support overall store profitability
• Read and manage Profit & Loss statements and understand key business metrics
• Lead by example during busy shifts and jump in wherever needed
• Build a positive, productive, and team-oriented culture
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards are maintained at all times
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and overall shift execution
• Develop future leaders and support ongoing team growth
