Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• 2+ years experience in food service/retail preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to insured vehicle.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations, ensuring customer service, food cost control, safety and sanitation standards.
• Lead and develop a team of assistants, shift leaders and crew members; conduct performance reviews.
• Manage scheduling, cash handling, and inventory to optimize store performance.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local labor laws and franchise policies.
• Engage with the local community and drive store growth initiatives.
