Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store and lead hiring, coaching, and directing of associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction targets.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and consistent service quality.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for ongoing management responsibilities.
