Journeys in Concord, CA is seeking a Store Manager to recruit, hire, and train a team to meet store and personal sales goals while protecting company assets.

You will coach staff, supervise daily operations, manage loss prevention, plan weekly schedules, and ensure a fun, full-service customer experience.

Competenze

• Prior retail management experience preferred.
• 1–2 years retail sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Desire to succeed in fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to work 45 hours per week.
• Ability to work night and weekend shifts.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Age requirements for state may vary.
