Qualifications

• Experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role with sales targets.
• Strong leadership and people management with clear communication.
• Customer-centric attitude and ability to deliver memorable service.
• Analytical skills to review sales data and budgets.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays.
• Proficiency with retail software and standard computer tools.
