Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and coaching a 10–12 person team, optimizing store operations, payroll, inventory, and visual merchandising, and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of working as a manager within a retail environment.
• Ability to multi-task and lead large teams toward targets.
• Comfort with analytics, payroll and inventory processes.
• Experience with POS systems and merchandising guidelines.
