Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC in Chicago seeks a Store Manager to lead a service-driven team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will recruit and develop talent, drive store performance, oversee budget, operations, inventory and adherence to safety standards.

You will champion product knowledge, motivate staff, and execute sales plans while maintaining a welcoming, well-merchandised store that reflects our brand and values.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Operational, financial and performance management experience.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty!

Responsibilities

• Manage talent, inspire your team and ensure every customer has a great experience.
• Oversee store operations with emphasis on budget, expenses, sales growth and inventory management.
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing safety, security rules and company policies.
• Ensure the store always looks its best.
