Job summary

WSM Ventures, LLC, a Take 5 Oil Change franchisee, is seeking a store leader for a Shop in Aiken, SC. You will lead a team of six to ten, recruit, train, schedule, and retain staff, and own location performance metrics such as cars per day and customer satisfaction.

The role offers a starting salary of $55,000 with a location-based monthly bonus, plus comprehensive medical coverage, PTO, and opportunities for advancement into multi-unit leadership. Training is provided with travel where needed.

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to lead and develop people in a customer-facing environment.
Management experience preferred — restaurant, retail, hospitality, or any setting with accountability for team performance and results.
Willingness to learn the technical side of the business; no automotive background required.
Comfort operating against measurable performance targets.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of six to ten, including recruiting, training, scheduling, and retention.
Own location performance: cars per day, average ticket, and customer satisfaction scores.
Manage labor, inventory, and daily cash handling.
Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience on every transaction.
