Job summary

Price Rite of ALLENTOWN is seeking a Front End Manager to oversee cash handling, payroll, front-end service and store operations in Allentown, PA. You will supervise cashiers and front-end staff, ensuring efficient checkout, accurate records and strong customer service.

The position requires leadership, scheduling experience and ability to interpret reports. Salary ranges from $23.00 to $34.50 per hour, with cross-training opportunities and a focus on community engagement and store performance.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree (A.A.) from two-year college or university or equivalent experience.
• Five (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Computer skills are a must; background in store operations and scheduling desired.
• Ability to read and interpret general business reports and procedures.
• Ability to write reports and respond to questions from managers and customers.
• Strong math skills including probability and statistics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end operations including cash management, bookkeeping, front-end service and payroll.
• Coordinate store events and community programs.
• Maintain security of store systems and cash handling procedures.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop front-end personnel; ensure HR policies are followed.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through superior service and signage education.
• Analyze processes for cost savings and meet financial goals.
