Qualifications

• Education: Minimum of 2 years of college preferred.
• Experience: At least 3 years in retail sales; or 2 years retail with 1 year retail management experience.
• Preference for specialty retail or jewelry experience.
• DCA certification is a plus.
• Strong communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations to achieve sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, inventory control, and brand representation.
• Coach and develop team members to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Manage scheduling, training, and development to maximize store performance.
• Ensure store compliance with company policies and procedures.
