Soma, part of KnitWell Group, is seeking a Store Manager for the Fort Wayne, IN location. You will lead the store team, create a welcoming, customer-centered experience, and drive daily operations to meet sales goals.

This role requires 5+ years of retail management experience (2+ in a Store Manager role), with flexible hours including nights and weekends. You’ll coach staff, manage payroll and schedules, use store reporting, and build community connections through events and initiatives.
