Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Associate for our Indianapolis store to deliver a premium customer experience. You will engage customers with authentic conversations, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service while maintaining Soma’s hospitality-driven culture.

As a team member, you will support merchandising, inventory, and store presentation, ensuring the environment reflects our brand standards and empowering customers to feel confident in their choices.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
