JD Finish Line in Texas is seeking an Assistant Store Manager and Supervisor to lead daily operations, inspire a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will have the autonomy to shape the store’s success and contribute to our growth.

As part of Management, you will recruit, train, and develop staff, oversee inventory and visual merchandising, manage budgets, and drive sales through promotions and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Retail Store Manager or similar role with track record of sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Customer-centric with passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Analytical skills to analyze sales data and budgets.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Tech-savvy with basic computer applications.
