Sunglass Hut, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Store Manager for our Las Vegas storefront. The ideal candidate will lead on the sales floor, coach a team to deliver The Sunglass Hut Experience, and drive sales while maintaining brand standards and exceptional customer service.

This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a passion for fashion eyewear. You will spend substantial time on the floor, mentor teammates, and collaborate to create an engaging shopping environment

Qualificações

• Leadership experience in retail or store management
• Proven ability to coach and develop a team
• Strong understanding of retail operations and visual standards
• Attention to detail and strong execution skills
• Ability to think critically and drive results

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach the sales team to deliver The Sunglass Hut Experience
• Develop and execute the store's strategic plan to achieve financial results
• Drive sales by identifying opportunities and coaching for performance
• Recruit, hire, onboard and develop staff to staffing needs
• Maintain brand standards and operational policies on the floor
