Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Store Manager in similar volume; apparel retail preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Occasional travel to other store locations and district meetings.

Responsibilities

• Use data and market knowledge to create action plans for financial, customer-service and operational goals.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty.
• Attract, develop, and retain top talent; motivate teams by leveraging strengths.
• Provide feedback and communicate expectations to achieve results.
• Ensure merchandising and store operations meet standards consistently.
• Oversee controllable expenses such as payroll and training to increase profitability.
• Lead floor sets and visual merchandising; perform POS transactions as needed.
