Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 5+ years inside sales experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years inside sales centered on the parts/commercial truck market required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inside sales team to provide prompt, courteous, and professional service.
• Coordinate with outside sales to support customers and achieve sales goals.
• Manage warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Maintain accurate inventory with regular cycle counts and audits.
