About The Role

In this role, the Store Manager will be responsible for on-the-floor management while maintaining administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee & tea, strong leadership skills, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This position regularly demands 40 hours per week including variable hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays).

Job Responsibilities
  • Create an enjoyable and welcoming experience for every customer through management of store operations, staffing, customer satisfaction, product quality, financial performance, and team development.
  • Drive sales, increase efficiency, and solve problems to maintain store operations and increase profitability.
  • Review store environment and key business indicators to identify obstacles, concerns, and opportunities for improvement; create action plans to address these.
  • Nurture and coach team members for personal and professional growth, setting and monitoring goals, and maintaining a 'customer comes first' attitude.
  • Provide training and guidance to uphold standards of operations including customer satisfaction, product quality, safety, security, and compliance.
  • Inspire and encourage a team of dedicated individuals to create a positive community impact.
  • Collaborate with District Managers to make effective decisions and grow the business and customer base.
Requirements And Qualifications
  • Ability to work at any location within the assigned district or county.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership skills to coach and develop team members.
  • Focus on team well-being and sales growth.
  • Eager to learn and accept constructive feedback.
  • Ability to manage store operations independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage multiple situations simultaneously while maintaining service standards.
  • Ability to deliver constructive feedback and resolve conflicts.
  • Capability to develop future leaders.
  • At least 1 year of customer service or retail management experience.
  • Prolonged standing, stooping, walking, and regularly lifting at least 45 lbs.
