Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations and drive sales at our location in Paragould, Arkansas. The role includes a mandatory 5-week manager-training program and ongoing staff development to achieve performance goals.

You will foster a positive work environment, ensure compliance with safety and banking requirements, and deliver exceptional customer service while managing expenses and inventory.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Stand, bend, and walk for long periods.
• Lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store staff through recruitment, interviewing, and coaching.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers.
• Meet performance metrics and help staff reach their goals.
• Analyze daily sales to maximize revenue.
• Ensure banking, safety, operations and legal compliance.
• Control expenses including labor, inventory, and maintenance.
• Assign, oversee, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
