Palm Beach Tan is seeking a capable Store Manager in North Little Rock, AR, to lead store operations and drive sales through a 5-week manager-training program. You will hire, coach, and inspire staff while maintaining high customer service standards and compliance with banking, safety, and legal requirements.

The role emphasizes team leadership, expense control, and daily performance metrics to maximize store results and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• This position has a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics.
• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked, and organized
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
