Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics.
• Interview, hire, and develop store staff.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for staff and customers.
• Meet self-performance metrics and help staff achieve theirs.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales.
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements.
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance.
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked, and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
