Palm Beach Tan is hiring for a supervisory role. This position starts at $18 per hour with commission opportunities. You will train for five weeks and lead store staff, creating a positive atmosphere for employees and customers.

Responsibilities include achieving performance metrics, supervising hiring and development, and ensuring compliance with safety, banking, and legal standards while maintaining store operations and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics.
• Interview, hire, and develop store employees.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for staff and customers.
• Meet performance metrics and help others reach them.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize revenue.
• Comply with banking, safety, operations and legal requirements.
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance.
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
