Palm Beach Tan is seeking a qualified store manager in Ohio to lead daily operations at the Fairfield location, supervise a team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a tanning and wellness setting.

The role includes a 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics. You will interview, hire, and develop staff, maintain a positive environment, meet self-imposed metrics, and ensure banking, safety, and legal compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics.
• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers.
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales.
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements.
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance.
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked, and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
